As we spend this weekend with family, friends, and those we love most, we want to take a moment to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. ❤️🤍💙

Memorial Day is more than just a long weekend — it’s a time to reflect on the freedoms we have because of those who gave everything.

Little Shop of Lily Rae will be CLOSED this weekend as we spend time with our families and remember the true meaning of Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

Today, on Mother’s Day, I had the honor of meeting so many dads, husbands, sons, and families picking up food and gifts for the special women in their lives. 💐

And honestly… hearing them talk about why they love those moms, wives, sisters, and grandmas had me in complete shambles all day.

From husbands absolutely gushing over their wives… to one sweet man sharing the story of his wife currently battling cancer and how much she means to him… it reminded me just how powerful love, support, and showing up for people really is.

So first — to all the men who stepped up today to make the moms in their lives feel seen, celebrated, and loved… great job. Truly. I hope those women felt every ounce of love you were trying to give them today. 🤍

Moments like today also reminded me how much people are quietly carrying behind the scenes. So, with that… I want to start something at the store.

We are going to create a private prayer box at Lily Rae. ✨

If you ever stop in and feel the urge to leave a prayer for someone you love, for yourself, for healing, for strength, for gratitude, or for anything at all, you can quietly place it in the box. No questions asked. No judgment. You don't need to explain.

And if you do want someone to talk to or pray with, we are always here for that, too. 🤍

Sometimes people just need to know someone cares.

So, Happy Mother’s Day to all the women out there. Whether you are a mom, bonus mom, foster mom, dog mom, cat mom — a mom in any capacity — I hope you feel the love today and every day. 🤍
