Some clients become friends long before you ever meet them in person.

Rob lives in the Pacific Northwest and has exceptional taste in eyewear. He discovered Hicks Brunson Eyewear through YouTube last year and has been trusting us with his eyewear remotely ever since.

Recently, Rob had some traveling to do near our part of the country, and rather than simply pass through, he decided to make a little detour to Tulsa and come see us in person.

After all the emails, phone calls, videos, and eyewear conversations, it was pretty great to finally hang out face-to-face. 😎

Having clients like Rob is one of the things that makes what we do so rewarding. We may be a local eyewear shop in Tulsa, but thanks to this crazy thing called YouTube, we’ve gotten to build relationships with people all over the country.

Rob, we’re so glad you made the trip. It was great to finally meet you!

And yes… your eyewear taste is every bit as good in person. 😉

Sometimes you find the perfect pair of glasses. And sometimes… you hop on a plane to come get them. ✈️🤓

Meet Thomas! Last week, he walked into Hicks Brunson Eyewear-with his luggage in tow-and told us a pretty amazing story.

Thomas had seen one of Daniel’s YouTube videos featuring a frame with custom-tinted Transitions Amber lenses. He saw the look and immediately knew: “I have to have that pair.”

So he booked a flight from Atlanta to Tulsa and came straight to see us. 🙌

Daniel and Ashley were thrilled to welcome him to the shop and help bring that exact look to life.

We’re incredibly grateful for clients like Thomas who are willing to travel from across the country to experience what we do here at Hicks Brunson Eyewear. It means more to us than we can say.

Today is a day to slow down, enjoy the sunshine, and appreciate the people who put their time, talent, and hard work into making life a little better.

Daniel, Becki Jo, and Ashley each found a few favorites… and let’s just say there may have been some serious debate over who gets to claim what. 😂
