These are the two pics I had saved on my phone of Dolly. A beautiful mural from our trip to Asheville in ‘23 and this meme that is more relevant now than ever.

Rest in peace to the Queen. We will always love you, Dolly. ❤️

Anybody familiar with “Truckin” knows what it means when the black dog shows up. So is Snoopy really out there… or is Chuck just feeling 10,000 miles from a friend?

Fun fact: my dad’s name is Charles Shultz — and he has a dog named Snoopy. I have one named Woodstock. So yeah… a Peanuts shirt was pretty much inevitable.

I made up several of these New Minglewood Bobby shirts for the Dallas Dead Summit. These are a couple of my favs from the batch. It was fun trying some new techniques on these, too. Spines, sleeve mandalas and decolourant stealies to add some extra vibes.
There’s a few available in the store and I’m always knocking out commissions. Just shoot me a dm! 🤠

This newest design is sure to instill a little nostalgia to anyone who grew up with orange VHS tapes, strange little towns, endless summer adventures and Nickelodeon when it was still weird.

Little Pete was one of those. Weird, independent, completely unhinged and totally himself. He also kinda resembles a younger version of our favorite guitar picker 😂

Grab yours in the store link in our bio.

I’ll have some of these in house to dye very soon. Reach out for customs and collabs! 🤠

I recently did a reverse dye on this Billy Strings Funky Fingers tee. I always loved the simple design on this shirt and the green really shines through in these reverse geodes.
This one is in my personal collection, but, reach out if you really want it or want me to do one like it for you!
Always open for customs and collabs! 🤠

Dallas, we’re headed your way soon! 🤠

We don’t need much of an excuse for a road trip, but this one’s gonna be a good one. We’ll be setting up at the Longhorn Ballroom and Backyard Amphitheater for the Dallas Dead Summit on August 15 with a truckload of fresh dyes and all of the good vibes.

Looking forward to a full day of good music, good people, wandering Shakedown, and hopefully meeting a bunch of folks who’ve been following along from behind a screen.

If you’re there, come find us. We’d love to shake your hand, swap a story, and help you find a shirt for the next adventure. Scroll for some examples of what we’ll be bringing.

Get your tickets now at the Longhorn Ballroom website and get ready to shake your bones! 💀⚡️🌹

See ya there!

What a week 🤠

We flew into New Haven, stayed with family in Clinton, and made the drive up to Portland for the weekend. We make it up to Connecticut pretty often, but this trip was extra special because we got to take Jess and Rob to their very first Billy Strings shows. Safe to say…they’re fans for life now. We loved getting to share the adventure with them, and we’re grateful for them being such incredible hosts while we were up there.

Friday was spent roadtripping and then wandering East Bayside and the Old Port, eating way too many lobster rolls, finding great breweries, and soaking up all the Maine vibes.

Saturday was all about our little Hide & Seek. We hid LLJ shirts everywhere from East Bayside to the Old Port…even managed to leave one by Billy’s tour bus. One of the coolest surprises was running into Jarrod Walker at Portland Head Light and getting to snap a photo for him and his family.

The Portland show was incredible. That Hide and Seek with the Beatles’ And Your Bird Can Sing worked in was one of those moments you don’t forget. Maybe the coolest part of the whole trip, though, was seeing people wearing Lava Lamp Jukebox shirts at a Billy show over 2,000 miles from home. That’s a pretty surreal feeling and just so damn cool.

Back in Connecticut we slowed things down with big sandwiches (sangweech), a trip to Chester, pizza, beers, and then another heater of a Billy show in Hartford. Steam Powered Aeroplane has been on repeat ever since, and hearing Jarrod, Royal, and Billy Failing each take a turn singing made that night even more special. TANGLED UP IN BLUE 🔥

We wrapped it all up by flying home and grabbing Ochoa’s Mexican food before heading back to the pups. Already talking about the next trip.
Thank you New England ✌️
