I tell my students this all the time. I didn’t start out knowing how to sew. I had to learn how to sew. It didn’t happen overnight. And … I’m still learning.

I seen this saying on a post and it is so true.

Every expert you admire once sat exactly where you are—learning, trying, making mistakes, and choosing to keep going anyway. Growth isn’t loud or instant; it’s built quietly in moments like these, where patience meets persistence. Each stitch, each effort, each small improvement is shaping something greater than you can see right now.

Do you have a favorite sleeve type ?? I think mine would be the petal or the ruffle.

There is so many awesome talented people who create such beautiful work. I think this is so cute. Not sure how it was pieced together. But I like it. Someday might give it a try. But right now I have so many WIP’s ( works in progress lol)
