ALL OUR CUSTOMERS ARE VALUABLE TO US AS SUCH WE KEEP THE PRICING LEVEL SAME FOR EVERYONE. FIXED PRICE. To place an order: 1) Please send email with NAME OF THE ALBUM, PRODUCT CODE and PRICE to [email protected]. Please include you name and full address and phone number 2) We will cnfm the stock by return email and issue an invoice to you. 3) Payment MUST be paid when placing an order. Methods are: a. Credit Card (by using secure Paypal, 5% surcharge applies) b. Email money transfer (Canadian residents only) c. Bank deposit in USA and Canada d. Some other easy methods are also accepted in USA/Canada/Bangladesh case by case basis, please contact for details. (Example: cash, cheque, bank deposit etc) 4) Once shipment is ready, we will send you tracking notification or if you are living in Greater Toronto area, you can arrange pick up. Please note, once a shipment tracking is sent to you, it is recipient's responsibility to track the package, arrange to receive the package and handle any issue with customs or courier company. Return and Exchange: We do not have any return or exchange policy. There might be slight different shades as due to lights and shades used during photo session of the item. However, in the event of any damage product, please notify us immediately within 24 hours and send a picture with description of damage. Tax policy: Country to country varies the import taxes. All customers are responsible for their own tax imposed by their own importing country. Classy - Closet do not handle any customs issues/concerns/charges.
