Lemon balm soap makes a wonderful gift for a sunburned friend. Just add this oil to your soap recipe. To make a soothing oil for anxiety take a sprig of lemon balm and leave overnight in your crockpot with safflower or grapeseed oil. Drain through a sift. Keep in your fridge for a soothing back rub or hand massage for someone experiencing anxiety.

Smore pie is easier in the oven. But not as fun as a bonfire. The filling is instant chocolate pudding with melted Hersey bar. Just smash Graham crackers with 2 tbls of butter into a pie pan. Top with little marshmallows. Stick in oven for 15 minutes on 350 degrees. Let cool. Enjoy!

These are my uncles and a friend at the famous Long Beach Pike in California. 1960's. Enlarging photos like these help children identify their ancestors and their history. My aunt met her husband at the Pike. I think there was a dance place called the Lido.
