September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month. 💛
Two years ago, one word changed our lives forever: leukemia.
Since then, I’ve watched my little boy go through things I would have given anything to take from him. I’ve held his hand through the scary moments, worried through the nights, and wished more than anything that I could carry this for him.
But I’ve also watched him keep living. Keep laughing. Keep being silly. Keep being Giulio.
And now, he’s almost at the end of treatment and has been in remission. 💛
That’s the part I want people to see.
He is my funny, beautiful, incredible little boy, and I couldn’t be prouder to be his mom. 💛
