Sloppy Joe night—but upgraded!
This is how we do it in our house, kind of like a build-your-own taco bar, but with sloppy Joe meat.
Ingredients:
• Sloppy Joe meat
• Sourdough bread
• Blue cheese crumbles
• Mustard
• Mayo
• Banana peppers
• Lettuce (optional)
• Cheese (optional)
• Ketchup or barbecue sauce (optional toppings)

How to make it:
Cook your sloppy Joe meat as usual, then set up everything buffet-style.

Toast or prep sourdough bread as your base, then let everyone build their own:
Sloppy Joe meat + mustard + mayo + blue cheese crumbles + banana peppers, plus any extra toppings they love.

Some go classic, some load it up—but everyone gets exactly what they want.
