Kindergarten doesn’t need heavy lectures to learn about equality.

Today, Creative Chaos provided a hands-on sensory activity to support a kindergarten social studies lesson about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Through this project, students explored how people can look different — including skin color, hair, and features — while learning that everyone deserves the same kindness, respect, and fairness.

Dr. King taught the importance of love, equality, and working together.
This activity helped bring those ideas to life in an age-appropriate way.

Creative Chaos is taking a little winter break. ❄️

Life is full and busy in the best (and wildest) ways right now — work, kids, school events, sports, holidays… all of it. And I don’t want to rush through this season. I want to be in it and soak up the magic with my family while these moments are still tiny. 🤎

Thank you for giving me the space to slow down and be present. I’ll be back in the new year with fresh ideas, new setups, and lots more sensory magic. ✨

Chaos got a little too creative this weekend 🤦‍♀️ — I accidentally skipped the salt in the green Play-Doh batch from Saturday’s kits. Salt is what keeps it fresh, so without it, the dough didn’t hold up like it should.
