‘Palestine and the Key of Return’: a custom made piece for dear with colors representing the Flag. The piece was originally designed for her home but when the war started against غ ز ة she donated the piece at a big auction event in NJ to help our people and the piece successfully raised $7300: about sixty times the original piece price Alhamdullah. Made by my talented team in غ ز ة just a couple of months before the war with minimum resources and no electricity. A piece of art from the womb of suffering. I opted to keep original pictures communicated as is showing flash lights and unclarity to convey how challenging yet meaningful and rewarding this piece is

‘Nora Blouse:’ a manifestation of a deeply rooted belief for protection. With tatreez patterns of qawaweer (pots) and nathrat hijabat (scattered patterns of amulets) hand embroidered in pink, coral, and teal, this piece illustrates how since the times of Canaanites, Palestinians strongly believed that triangle shapes (hijabat) protect them from evil eye and evil spirit.
