As Governor Ruggiero I will double the number of State Troopers and use them to monitor and assist County / City rural New Yorkers and 1000 will be assigned to direct Migrants to federal agencies in NYC , the federal court house can house a lot of Migrants. They will assist in State eminent domain cases and will also assist with Marshal Law Zone in case of an emergency which would require a declaration of Marshal Law.
