It is not uncommon today to see stories of people openly - and even brazenly - Behaving Badly.

S*x scandals by celebrities, politicians caught in cover-ups and corruption, or even those infamous selfish 'Karen' videos of people that thought they brazenly had the right to do, say, or act anyway they want — regardless of any consequence.

An egregious example of this is the pr******te in Proverbs 30:20 where after finishing her day’s work it says “She eateth, and wipeth her mouth, and saith, I have done no wickedness.” From her point of view - and others with the same perspective of their deeds - there is NO accountability, there is NO judge, there is NO “Final Judgement” therefore these is NO “Call To Account”

The Hebrew word here for “account” is Darash which means 'to diligently inquire, question, or search' something. If that is the case, who then is being searched, and who is doing the searching and why??

Friend, the Bible is very clear about two things, but unfortunately many people only get half of the equation about God and His Character.

Most certainly, God Is LOVE AND God Is MERCIFUL, but even greater God is HOLY AND God Is JUST. While He is always willing to give GRACE and show MERCY to those that have fallen and repented, He is equally committed to pronounce JUSTICE and render JUDGEMENT on the proud and unrepentant.

Friend, your choice to live your life as you please is entirely up to you. If there is no god and no judgement, there is no final account. So yes, you can shake your finger at 'god.'

You can and will.....as long as you are you.

If you think about it, every time we do something bad, we justify it first in our mind.

It may be something innocent, like cheating on your diet ('one piece of cake won’t hurt') or cheating on your spouse (we have no love in our marriage anyway) But regardless of the offense, there’s that 'little voice' whispering in your ear that what you’re doing is not that bad is it?!?

You see, when it gets down to it, we also often fall for the same lie that Satan said to Eve by justifying that our little indiscretion really isn’t wrong. For some today it’s often justified under the banner 'God Is LOVE and he wants you to be happy, so just follow your heart and Love and that’s all you need.'

-- Truth Is Not Justified By Feelings --

Friend, be aware of this little scheme. As 1 Peter 5:8 warns: “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.”

God is merciful. In fact, God is SO patient and merciful that it defies our sense of justice or understanding!

Dozens and dozens of scriptures continually point to his loving kindness to wait upon all that have gone astray. Like the parable of the shepherd looking for the wayward sheep, God is continually seeking for each person that is lost and is willing to show MERCY to all - no matter how far they have wondered off the path.

However, there is a DEADline to how far his mercy is able to reach...

When people willingly move so far away from godliness, righteousness and truth then the 'Line Of Mercy' changes into the 'Deadline Of Judgement.'

The socially “politically incorrect and offensive” sins that are listed in today’s verse ( 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 ) were not listed in this message. Why? Because for many today, most of the things in this list are perfectly OK, and this raises a question that all of us need to answer, and that is:

What Do You Consider as Righteous or Unrighteous Behavior?.

In our modern free-thinking world, the line between 'OK' and 'NOT OK' is a line of our own choosing. It is not based on any standard, only by what people think or believe. However the question is:

- What is your deadline?
- Where do you draw the line between right and wrong & going too far?
- What to you is acceptable or not acceptable behavior?

Friend, while we are all free to do what we want and think. From God’s perspective there is His Line. From your perspective there is Your Line.

You are free to choose the line you do not want to cross.
— Which DEADline is it?

05/21/2026

Many things in life can trip us up, but a big one that most people do almost daily is “The SIN of COMPARISON,” and the word itself reveals why.

The prefix 'com' means 'with' and 'par' means 'equal' (...just like 'PAR' in golf) therefore the Sin of Comparison is when we score ourselves against others or some human standard as being either being more equal or less equal than others in either RIGHTEOUSNESS or RICHES.

Regarding 'RIGHTEOUSNESS' it is easy to think that because we are not a robber or a murder that we are better than those that commit crimes, but that is not what the Bible teaches. The Bible says that there is no good in us - that ALL have sinned and we are not even close to God’s goodness or righteousness. But there is good news for all those that are believers in Christ because it is the Righteousness of Christ - and NOT that of ourselves - that makes us righteous. Because of His Righteousness He views all of us 'on par' and as equal in His eyes, so likewise we ought to see others likewise!

Regarding 'RICHES' we all have been given different gifts - some tangible and others not. These can be financial wealth, social standing, position, power, appearance, beauty, age, talent, intelligence, health, fitness, or possessions, to name a few. When we look through the lens of the riches ruler and start comparing our RICHES as being above or below others, we again fall into that Sin of Comparison. As part of the Body of Christ, we all have different roles and positions (see 1 Corinthians chapter 12) and because each part of the body is not the same, it doesn’t mean that that you or me are inferior or lesser to anyone else. We all just have different roles and graces.

The question to solving this is “How Do We Move Beyond This?“ and the answer is found in the epistle that says:

“Lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the
LUSTS of DECEIT, and that you be RENEWED in the SPIRIT OF YOUR MIND, and put
on the new self, which in the LIKENESS OF GOD has been created in righteousness
and holiness of the truth.”
Colossians 3:9-10

The key is let our minds being conformed to how God thinks! He is above all, and it is by his GRACE that have everything that we have. It is by his grace we are saved and it is by his grace that we have what we have, be it great or small. Just because God gives different gifts to different people does not mean that you are more or less valuable than others, so remember - we are all ON PAR in His eyes! He loves you and made you just the way you are, so let us so view others through HIS EYES and see that God truly “Created All Men Equal!”

Wait a minute…that’s nuts! Bad people go to Heaven? Isn’t that supposed to be the other way around?

Well this is the big mistake most people make. You see, you don’t go to heaven because you are a 'good person' or live a good life and here’s an analogy why.

You could think of being a good person as being a really good swimmer, in fact you are so good that you could swim a mile or two or three with no problem. Now imagine that that good swimmer (you) was in in the middle of the ocean, and your goal is to make it to land. In this story, the ocean represents SIN and the land HEAVEN. No matter how good you are, you will never make it.

Now let’s say you are a bad swimmer, and you know it, but there was a boat coming towards you. What would you do? Well you’d plead for that boat to get you out of the water and bring you to land. Again, the ocean is sin, and the rescuer is Jesus.

The difference between the good person and the bad person is the 'good people' think they can get to heaven on their own, but the 'bad people' know they are bad, know that they need help and ask for it, and when they do they are delivered to safety. The Bible puts it this way:

“If we confess our sins,
He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and
To cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
1 John 1:9

Friend, you cannot get to heaven by being 'good,'; but you CAN get there by admitting that you cannot do it on your own, that your sin that surrounds you will cause you to perish, and that you need to confess your filthy goodness and trust in God to deliver you, and He will deliver you out of your righteous ocean of sin.

Years ago I once had an exquisite suit made by Lanvin of Paris. It was of the finest silk and wool, single brested in in a classic Euro-French style. Every single time I wore it people would literally stop and compliment how beautiful it was.

I wore and enjoyed that suit for many years but eventually it lost its shape, was fraying around the collar and pant cuffs and I sadly had to retire it.

Our human bodies are just like that suit.

From being an energetic, beautiful newborn baby, our body will also eventually fade and waste away. No matter how careful we are to preserve and take care of our bodies, it will also wear out, so the question is what happens to you after your temporary human suit is 'dissolved?'

As today’s Bible verse says, there can be a new, eternal 'dwelling' awaiting for all those that are securely clothed in the righteous of Christ. (1 Corinthian 15:54)

In Matthew 22:1-4 Jesus tells the parable of the wedding feast when a man improperly clothed tries to enter the banquet. His point was that those not clothed in the 'pure white linen' of the righteousness of Christ will be cast out and not enter into His Kingdom.

The Bible says that “Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption” (1 Corinthians 15:50) and that comes by having the Blood of Christ cover your sins and cloth you in HIS righteousness — and not your own.

Friend, your current tabernacle will run out.

When it finally expires,
What will you be WEARING?

05/14/2026

While we all have a physical heart, there is an even more important heart within each of us, and that is the heart of our soul, and the Bible says that there are many types of “HEARTS” we may have.

Happy people have a 'Merryheart' (Isaiah 24:7) and sensitive people a 'Tenderheart' (Ephesians 4:32) Those fearful or worried can be 'Fainthearted' (Deuteronomy 20:8) yet those who are strong in faith are 'Stouthearted' but the rebellious are 'Stiffhearted' (Ezekial 2:4) while the impudent and unrepentant are 'Hardhearted' (Ezekial 3:7)

However God’s will for us is:

“Let us draw near with a
TRUE HEART
in full assurance of faith
having our hearts sprinkled from
an evil conscience, and our bodies
washed with pure water.”
Hebrews 10:22

This pure, TRUE HEART comes from the Heart of the Saviour and He wants to place HIS Heart in YOUR Heart to complete you and make you whole.

Friend, becoming the wholeness that God wants for you starts with a Change of Heart. If your heart is troubled, angry, or sad, open your heart to His Heart and you will then have a heart of Wholeness, Love, and Peace.

05/13/2026

The idea of god, death and the afterlife - and coming to a conclusion about what is fact, false or fantasy regarding these - are perhaps the three most controversial and debated subjects. Opinions about what is true about these varies greatly, and all have the right to believe whatever they believe.

Various world religions also greatly differ who or what is god(s) and how or what an afterlife looks like. Likewise there are non-religious people that have NO BELIEF in 'god' who are equally adamant in their view.

By contrast, the Bible is Very Clear about WHO is God, WHAT happens after death, and WHERE that afterlife may (or may not) be. Today’s verse in Psalm 14 sharply declares that those who say 'There is NO GOD' are FOOLISH. Assuming that the Bible is correct, those that say this phrase in the HERE, will also say it in the HEREAFTER but in an entirely different way and tone - and here’s why.

Jesus taught more on hell than he ever did on love, salvation or heaven, and the Bible says that hell was not only a place of torment (that was originally for fallen angels, not fallen humans) but is a place of total black darkness (Matthew 8:12). More significantly, 1 Thessalonians 1:9 says that those there “… shall be punished with everlasting destruction from The PRESENCE of the Lord, and from the GLORY of his power. What this means is that instead of enjoying the beauty of life and the presence of God’s light and love while standing on the earth, those below will be separated from God — and from anything good or beautiful — FOREVER.

Friend, this is a hard and harsh message but a cry out for all listening to seek the MERCY of God while still standing on the earth. He so wants to give all who call upon His name escape from this terrible, avoidable fate!

Those that boldly proclaim in this life 'There is No God' WILL HAVE WHAT THEY SAY will have what they have said in the eternity to come, and the life and beauty that who God is will be denied from them For Ever And Ever.

What do you say..about God?

03/24/2026

Today’s world presents us with so many visual images flashing and enticing us with every blink of our eyes that it is easy to both consciously and unconsciously contaminate our souls with useless trash that has no real purpose or benefit to us.

Just as a home can be contaminated with mold or disease, so have our souls been dirtied with images, stories, and ideas presented in the world that are contrary to God’s nature and pureness. This is why (like a healthy home) it is imperative to guard the windows of our eyes which lead to our soul and to stop looking at anything that keeps our eyes from falling upon things that are not good:

“ Keep your eyes looking
straight before you and...
don’t turn them looking right or left.”
Proverbs 4:25,27
(paraphrased)

My dear friend, do not start every new year with a worldly resolution but instead 'purpose in your heart' as Daniel did in worldly Babylon as he “...resolved that he would not defile himself with the king’s food” (Daniel 1:8) to not consume things that are harmful to you. This means web sites, pictures, TV or movies that distract and pollute your soul (you KNOW what they are!)

Instead, ask God to help you open your eyes to only see and partake of those things which are clean and wholesome. Cast your eyes as much as possible each day on God’s Word! Open the eyes of your soul to those things which are pure and these will enrich and strengthen the core of your very being.
