What’s up with the inflatable IKEA BRÄNNBOLL chair?
I fell in love with it on my most recent trip to IKEA, and it’s hands down one of the easiest installations of IKEA furniture I’ve ever put together. But, please don’t be like me and think that you know exactly how to put it together! Read the instructions first and save yourself two hours of time with this assembly. Oh and if you want the green one, hurry up, it’s being discontinued in store.
As far as using it, I’m 5’4”, I am in the 190s, and most of that weight is in my breasts, stomach, and hips. I decided to keep the ottoman in the middle for support of my body weight, and I see it as a companion for sitting on the floor for long periods of time without pain. I wanted somewhere in my crochet studio to step away from my computer desk, sewing machine, and sometimes even my crochet project and chill out. Plus, with limited space in my studio, especially once I add a larger drafting table, I wanted somewhere where I could film content where I’m talking to the camera, but I don’t have the space I’d like for a full chair, coupled with the bench I have, which might move! But in the meantime, this chair picks right up, and I can move it where I need it to go.
Keep following me for more behind-the-scenes of an art studio where I mostly do fiber art, reviews of stores that help my studio thrive like IKEA, and, yes, ways to get started doing some of the arts that I showcase!
