The pieces are falling into place! The paint is perfect shade of light green, the cabinets are progressing beautifully, and the wall shelving is ready and waiting (mostly)I can’t wait to share it with everyone- must have tea! Kabusecha Sae Midori, single cultivator.

So excited! We finally have drawings in hand and the permit sign-off checklist has been issued. What does this mean? It means that we can now officially start the renovation. It means we are DEFINITELY opening THIS summer!

Hiked Beacon Rock this morning and sampled a cup of Milk Oolong with new friends when we hit the top. Delicate, aromatic, beautiful full mouth feel. Just enough development to tell it’s definitely an Oolong. Fresh and Delightful!

Yeah! My ☕️ tea samples have arrived!😎
Tomorrow I hike. Tomorrow I start sampling to make my final selection. Gonna jump to the Oregon side and catch a waterfall, maybe two. Think I’ll start with Latourelle Falls and maybe through Triple Falls trail in, depends how I’m feeling.

Looking over the list of teas I plan on carrying….is there are one specific tea or tea blending ingredient (like hibiscus, butterfly pea flower, cardamom, cocoa nibs, etc) that you would love to have ?
