🚨 Just popping on here to give y’all an official SIGN OF LIFE! 😂🙋‍♀️

I’m still here, I promise!! I know I’ve been quiet lately, but the educator life has been BUSY, and between work and everything else, I’ve been creating behind the scenes and getting ready for the November Vintage Market! 🙌

So while I haven’t been posting much, I have been busy making things and working on goodies for the market! 🤩

Apparently there are only so many hours in a day, which is really inconvenient when you have a full-time job AND a creative brain that never shuts off. 😂🤦‍♀️

Anyway, just wanted to let y’all know I haven’t disappeared! I’m still here, still creating, and slowly but surely getting things ready for November! ❤️

And while everyone is saying “It’s October 3rd” today, I’m over here trying to get my life together because the Vintage Market is coming up FAST! 😂

We’ve been digging through ALL the things, getting inventory ready, making some fun stuff, and trying to figure out how we’re going to fit everything we want to bring. 😅

There is so much good vintage and nostalgic stuff coming with us and I seriously can’t wait to show you guys what we’ve been working on!

So… October 3rd it is. 😂
Now back to market prep! 🖤

Tomorrow we’re going shopping for nostalgia. 😏🍂

I’ll be at the JBER Community Club Fall Market and I’m bringing a bunch of stuff with me that needs to find a new home because I’m clearing out inventory and making room for the Vintage Market!

Which means DEALS. Lots of them. 👀

📚 Books for some really good prices
🔑 Keychains
✨ Stickers
📼 Nostalgic goodies
…and a bunch of other random fun stuff you’ll just have to come dig through!

You know I love anything that makes you say “OMG I remember these!” 😂 So come wander around, look through all the goodies, and maybe take a little piece of nostalgia home with you.

I’m making more bookmarks 🔖 today and “A kid in Aladdin’s palace “ pops up. I remember “ kid in king Arther’s court” but I don’t remember Aladdin’s palace. So of course I had to see if it streaming anywhere. It’s is! It’s on Roku!

“Because Halloween is cool!” 🎃🖤

And honestly… mentally, I’m living in Halloweentown. 😂

If you grew up watching Halloweentown, you already know the nostalgia this one brings. This little keychain is giving me all the spooky, magical, early 2000s Halloween vibes and I LOVE it. 👻

Put it on your keys, backpack, purse, whatever… because sometimes you just need a little reminder that Halloweentown is always a state of mind. 🎃🧡

I know I’ve been MIA on here lately 😂

Honestly… I’m just tired.

I’m an educator and this school year JUST started, but it already feels like we’ve been in school for months. The behaviors, the emotions, the chaos… everything is at an all time high right now. By the time I get home, I’m pretty much running on fumes.

I really do love what I do, but man… I’m burnt out. 😴

So if I haven’t been posting much, that’s why. I haven’t disappeared and Flashback Finds isn’t going anywhere! I’m actually still working away behind the scenes and getting ready for my upcoming markets. I have A LOT of stuff in the works and I’m trying to get everything made, organized, priced and ready to go.

I just haven’t had the energy to keep up with everything AND run a business on the side. 😂

I’ve got some really fun markets coming up and I’m excited to show you guys what I’ve been working on, so I promise I’ll start sharing more as I get closer!

For now, I’m just trying to survive the beginning of the school year and not completely lose my mind. 😂
