***April 21, 2022— UPDATE ON WISH PICK UP ORDERS***
I have several Wish packages that were not picked up prior to the storefront closing. If you are one of these WISH customers, I apologize for the delay and any inconvenience in these packages getting to you. I have made multiple attempts to contact WISH to try to work with them to obtain contact information for these customers to make pick up arrangements. Since we were a satellite pick up store location only, we are not provided the names or contact info for each shipment that is delivered through the WISH app. Considering the hassle this has created for many, even if Wish has refunded you for your package(s), whether in part or whole, please contact me via FB messenger or through the whatsup app to discuss your order. I have been making arrangements for customers to pick up their Wish packages.

I wanted to provide an update to Wish customers who have had or expecting to soon have their items shipped to our storefront for local pick up. Since we do not work for Wish directly, we are provided very limited information on customers contact and product processing information; therefore, we are fully dependent on Wish to reopen orders and correct or reimburse issues with refunds, fees, re-listings, and other Wish operations. Wish reps are unreachable by phone for both customers as well as our company, which I understand has been a frustrating and inconvenient process for many. I’m continuing to follow up on each customer support ticket regarding these re-listed/overdue Wish items— that are unable to be picked up under the typical procedures. I would also like to further clarify that re-listed does not mean your items have been returned or shipped out elsewhere. It simply means they are being held at our store but Wish doesn’t allow us to release these items without us being able to scan the customers QR code for that item. However when items are re-listed/overdue, the customer QR codes do not accurately scan to allow for pick up.
With that said, the circumstances around Wish orders being re-listed/going overdue has been mostly related to items being unavailable for pick up within the Wish timeframes, at no fault of Wish customers. I fully acknowledge the inconvenience our sudden store closures at various times has created for Wish pick ups especially. Because of this, I have been accommodating recent pick up orders however I can by providing an alternative verification process and scheduling personalized pick up times for orders. I appreciate all the patience, prays, kind words, and messages from so many offering support and understanding during this difficult time. I hope to be able to provide an update soon on the status of our business hours, events, and overall operations.
