Introducing Stock Graphic Bundles. Because not every apparel order needs to become a full-scale coordination effort.

Here’s the process:
1) Choose your specs Pick your apparel or product, quantity, and a design from our library of stock graphics.

2) Add your branding, Send us your logo. We place it on the selected product, send over a mockup, you approve it, and we make it.

3) Receive products We ship everything directly to you.

Reordering is easy and costs a little less, which accounting departments tend to enjoy. Less complexity. Less back-and-forth. More good-looking gear that arrives without requiring sixteen email threads.

RFI Outfitters relaunched.

So naturally we disappeared for months to do a photoshoot, write code, redesign everything, build new bundles + AEC gift boxes, and develop mild caffeine dependency issues.

Worth it.

The new site is live with more curated bundles, better gifting options, and a lot of neat stuff we’re probably too excited about.

For the past few months, we’ve been “quiet.” Not the doing-nothing kind of quiet. The rebuilding-everything-without-announcing-it kind.

RFI Outfitters has officially relaunched.

We’ve sharpened the product, tightened the experience, and focused heavily on what AEC teams would want. That means more curated bundles and AEC gift boxes that don’t feel like an afterthought. Less piecing things together. More ready-to-go kits that make sense, whether you’re onboarding, celebrating, or just trying to get decent gear into people’s hands without overthinking it.

No dramatic rebrand speech. No “new era” monologue. Just a smarter setup, better gear, and a more intentional way to buy it.

This will be our first conference since the RFI Outfitters relaunch, and it’s a different lineup than last time.

We’ve been deep in R&D (read: arguing over tiny details and calling it innovation) and the Compact Coordinator™ is officially out of prototype mode.

After way too many revisions, questionable design decisions, and at least one “this feels unnecessary but we’re doing it anyway” moment… we’re rolling into small production runs.

Not mass produced.
Not corporate-approved.
Just small batches of desk chaos made for people who actually do the work.

It’s tiny.
It’s dramatic.
It does absolutely nothing.

And somehow… it still feels more reliable than your last coordination model.
