We specialize in organic fruits and vegetables, natural honey, fresh herbs and plants, and luxurious homemade soap. We are chemical free and use a variety of integrated pest management systems from crop rotations to interplanting. We use compost and worm castings on all plants and veggies. Sheryl has been composting with worms since 1993 and we are both avid composters. Sheryl is very active with
the Haywood County Master Gardeners and often teaches classes to both adults and children on the importance of composting and vermiculture (worm composting). We feel its important to give back to the community and often donate extra vegetables to the local food bank and teach classes on canning and preserving, dehydrating vegetables and soap making. It is our goal that every one knows a little more about sustainable living. Sheryl is a certified beekeeper and has been keeping bees for several years. Our bees are chemical free and all honey is produced locally here in Haywood County. It is harvested and bottled here at the farm. You can find us at the Historic Farmers Market on Pigeon Street every Wednesday and Saturday morning from 8am til noon. We look forward to meeting you, so come on over and say hello.
