Seriously though, this chicken is not attached to the plateโ€”sheโ€™s just practicing her low-altitude surveillance over the farm scene below.

Sheโ€™s checking to make sure that painted rooster isnโ€™t flirting with anyone else, or maybe sheโ€™s just waiting for me to fill those egg slots with snacks.

Either way, the level of suspense in this kitchen is dangerously high. Will she step down? Will she fly away? Will she realize she's ceramic? Stay tuned.
