The Bohotique Permanent Jewelry Warranty

Thank you for choosing permanent jewelry from The Bohotique. Each piece is custom fit and welded for you. Please review the following warranty information.

30-Day Weld Guarantee
If your jewelry breaks at the weld site within 30 days of purchase, The Bohotique will reweld the piece free of charge. If the jewelry breaks at any point in time, it can be rewelded for a $10 repair fee.

Medical Removal
Most medical procedures (including surgery or MRIs) allow permanent jewelry to remain in place by covering it with medical tape. However, if a medical professional requires your jewelry to be removed and it is cut at the weld site, The Bohotique will reweld it free of charge with proof of medical necessity.

Lost Jewelry
Because each piece is custom fit and made specifically for you, lost jewelry cannot be replaced. We recommend treating your permanent jewelry with care to ensure its longevity.

Jewelry Care
Your permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear and can be enjoyed through all of life’s moments. To keep it looking its best:

* Wear it confidently—your piece is made to stay on, even during daily activities like showering and swimming
* Limit prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals (such as cleaners and chlorine), as this may affect the finish over time and may require extra jewelry cleaning or polishing
* Be mindful of snagging on clothing, towels, or bags
* Take extra care during high-impact activities like heavy lifting or intense workouts
* If your jewelry feels loose or begins to catch, we recommend having it checked and rewelded

Treat your piece with care and intention—while durable, it is still delicate fine jewelry.

✨ Charms vs. Connectors – What’s the Difference? ✨

When customizing your permanent jewelry, you’ll see two types of add-ons: charms and connectors.

💫 Charms
These dangle from the bracelet and add a little movement and sparkle. They’re perfect if you want something fun or symbolic hanging from your chain.

🔗 Connectors
These are welded directly between the chains and become part of the bracelet design itself. They sit flat in the bracelet and create a beautiful focal point.

You’ll be able to choose from options like:
✨ Initials
✨ Birthstones
✨ Zodiac signs
✨ Symbols
✨ And more!

Because there are so many styles available in gold and silver, most charms and connectors will be offered through pre-orders so you can get exactly what you want.

Once your piece arrives, you can schedule a private appointment or have it assembled at an event you’re attending or hosting. I will also be hosting “Assembly Bars” where anyone with an order will be invited to a common place to have their pieces assembled!
