Before the week resets, take 30 minutes that are fully yours no scrolling, no errands, no catching up on anything.

Make your coffee slow. Sit outside. Read something you actually want to read.

Move your body without tracking it. Call someone who makes you laugh.

Not because you earned it. Because you need it.

You can't keep pouring from an empty cup and Sunday prep, Monday meetings, and everything in between will all go smoother when you've actually rested.

This week, block it in your calendar like a meeting you can't cancel. Saturday, 9–9:30 AM. Just you.

Courage is not the absence of fear it's deciding that something else is more important than the fear.

No one starts with certainty. They start with a decision — one small, shaky, imperfect move forward. Here's how:

1. Name it, don't fight it
Acknowledge the anxiety. Say "I'm nervous because this matters." Then take the next step anyway.

2. Start embarrassingly small
One sentence. One sketch. One email draft. The goal is just to break the seal momentum will follow.

3. Give yourself a 10-minute rule
Commit to just 10 minutes. Your brain stops catastrophizing when the task has a visible end.
