Cathy’s Place has been providing women with boutique resort wear for over twenty-five years. The business is owned and operated by Cathy and her husband, Reuven Lahav whose success began in the early 1990’s with the opening of a small store in Mashpee. Their business grew over the span of the following years with storefronts opening in Cape Cod, Rhode Island, and South Florida. After y

ears of successful business in Cape Cod, Cathy and Reuven decided to open a permanent location in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts with the ultimate vision of downsizing into one storefront that could be managed by the owners themselves. Cathy prides herself on providing customers with a one-on-one shopping experience that is aimed at serving women’s fashion needs in an interpersonal, energetic, and fun-filled manner. Women from all over New England consider Cathy’s Place a local gem and favorite for all of their fashion needs. What makes the store so special is its capacity to provide customer service to women across generations; whether it be a granddaughter, mother or grandmother, Cathy has every customer taken care of and leaving the store with joy. Cathy’s Place was chosen by the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce and SCORE in 2017 to receive a Build a Better Business of the year Award 2017.

Tonight we’re trading our hiking shoes and rain jackets for a little Alaska elegance! ✨

Everyone is getting dressed up for dinner at Cagney’s Steakhouse aboard the Norwegian Joy, and I can’t wait to see how handsome my boys clean up. ❤️

The views have been spectacular, the adventures unforgettable, and tonight promises to be the perfect ending to another magical day in Alaska.

Hubbard Glacier… absolutely breathtaking. ❄️💙

Today was one of those moments that reminds you how beautiful and powerful nature can be. Standing in front of Hubbard Glacier with my family, surrounded by mountains, ice, and memories in the making, is something I’ll never forget.

The boys planned this adventure for us, and every day has been filled with laughter, love, and experiences we’ll cherish forever.

Yukon Recap 🏔️🐻❤️

What a day!

Yesterday we crossed into the Yukon and checked another incredible adventure off our bucket list. From breathtaking snow-capped mountains and rushing glacier-fed rivers to walking across the famous suspension bridge, every turn felt like a postcard come to life.

Then came the surprise of the day… a bear sighting! 🐻 Our tour bus actually turned around so we could safely watch this beautiful creature in its natural habitat. What an unforgettable moment!

The scenery was beyond anything I could have imagined. Crystal blue waters, towering peaks, endless forests, and fresh mountain air everywhere we looked.

And as beautiful as the Yukon is, my favorite part was sharing it with the people I love most. These family adventures remind me that the best memories aren’t just about where you go it’s who you experience them with.

Today was magical.
Tomorrow, the adventure continues.

Sometimes the best part of a trip isn’t the destination… it’s who you’re standing beside when you get there. ❤️

Today we found ourselves surrounded by snow-capped mountains, fresh air, and views that looked like they belonged on a postcard. But what made this moment special was sharing it with our family.

Watching Sean and Danny take it all in, cameras in hand and smiles on their faces, reminded me that life is about making time for experiences together. The mountains will always be here, but these moments with our children are priceless.

Take the trip.
Take the photo.
Make the memory.

Because one day, these are the stories we’ll tell over and over again.

Walking Across the Yukon Suspension Bridge 🌉🇨🇦

If you listen closely, you can hear me saying, “You’ve got to be kidding me!” 😂

Today I stepped way outside my comfort zone and walked across the Yukon Suspension Bridge. Between the rushing glacier-fed river below, the towering mountains, and the breathtaking views in every direction, it was equal parts terrifying and amazing.

The video doesn’t quite capture how powerful nature feels when you’re standing in the middle of that bridge with nothing but wilderness all around you.

Would I do it again? Absolutely.

Sometimes the best memories happen when we say yes to the things that scare us just a little. ❤️

Bear Sighting in the Yukon 🐻

Yesterday’s adventure came with a surprise visitor!

Our tour bus actually turned around so everyone could get a better look at this beautiful bear. Reuven was quick with the camera and captured this incredible shot. I have to admit, I’m pretty proud of my hubby for this one!

Moments like these remind me just how wild and breathtaking the Yukon truly is. Between the mountains, glaciers, and now a bear sighting, this trip keeps getting better and better.

🇨🇦 We made it to Canada!

Today’s adventure took us across the border into the Yukon, and I honestly don’t think photos can capture how incredible this place is.

The rushing glacial river, towering mountains still covered in snow, and the suspension bridge stretching across the canyon made us feel very small in the best possible way.

What started as an Alaska cruise has become a journey filled with unforgettable family memories, breathtaking views, and moments that remind us just how beautiful this world really is.

My heart is full, my camera roll is overflowing, and I can’t wait to share more of this amazing adventure with all of you. ❤️

Listen to that roar! 🌊💙

This is Nugget Falls at Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau, Alaska — and pictures don’t even come close to capturing the power of it.

Standing at the base of this waterfall, feeling the mist on our faces and hearing the thunder of the water crashing down, was absolutely unforgettable. Add in blue skies and 80-degree weather, and it felt like Alaska was showing off just for us.

Mendenhall Glacier & Nugget Falls, Alaska 💙🏔️

80 degrees in Alaska? ☀️ Not exactly what we packed for, but we are not complaining!

Yesterday we spent the day at the breathtaking Mendenhall Glacier and Nugget Falls, and it was every bit as magical as everyone said it would be. The waterfall was roaring, the glacier was stunning, and the weather was absolutely perfect.

Most importantly, we were all together. Watching our boys experience Alaska with us has made this trip even more special than we imagined. These are the moments that remind us to slow down, soak it all in, and be grateful for the people standing beside us.

The views were incredible, but the memories we made as a family are what we’ll treasure forever. ❤️
