Shopkeeper & Merchandising Lead (FT) — Arrowleaf, White Salmon 🌿
We’re a modern boutique for handcrafted jewelry, art, and intentionally made adornments for home & body. If you love people, order, and beautiful things, come help us shape the in-store experience.
What you’ll do:
• Create warm, genuine shopping moments (not pushy—ever)
• Keep the space photo-ready; style displays with balance & flow
• Track inventory, restock, assist with reorders/markdowns
• Use Square POS confidently; split time between floor + ops
• Bonus if you enjoy light social + email list support
You’re:
• Personable, organized, detail-driven, tech-comfortable
• Curious about craft & storytelling through objects
• A do-er who follows through and loves tidy systems
Details:
• Full time and Part time positions are available depending on experience. Must be available at least 2 weekends a month.
• Up to $20/hr + small performance bonuses after 90 days
• Employee discount | Reports to Store Owner/Creative Director
