Please support my Sesame Street Replica Raffle to Benefit The PBS Foundation!
I am raffling off 3 prizes: 2 full-sized Sesame Street replicas of the winner's choosing and a large, huggable-sized Slimey the Worm.
THE DRAWING WILL BE HELD VIA LIVE INSTAGRAM FEED ON SUNDAY, MAY 25 AT 6 PM EST! You can enter the waffle up until 12 PM EST that day. My Instagram handle is --You don't have to be a member to view the feed, but if you are, please follow me! I will be pulling the winner's names live at that time. Don't fret if you're unable to view the live feed, I will be emailing the winner immediately afterwards to confirm their shipping addresses and replica of choosing.​
Raffle tickets are $10 apiece, and each counts as one entry for all three prizes.​
On May 1, the idiot in the White House signed an executive order aiming to slash public subsidies to PBS and NPR as he alleged "bias" in the broadcasters’ reporting. The order instructs the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and other federal agencies "to cease Federal funding for NPR and PBS" and further requires that they work to root out indirect sources of public financing for the news organizations. The White House, in a social media posting announcing the signing, said the outlets "receive millions from taxpayers to spread radical, woke propaganda disguised as ‘news.’" This is truly disgusting and stupid and it's time to fight back against his bu****it.
ALL proceeds will be going to PBS Foundation, the national fundraising arm that supports PBS as a whole. This helps keep the PBS system strong and provides revenue that makes outsized impact possible.​
This raffle is open to THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD! The replicas will be shipped to the winner, free of charge.
