Hi there! My name is Samantha Schoal, and I am the owner at Trendy Custom Crafts Online Boutique (www.trendycustomcrafts.com). I am a Fiance to the greatest guy in the world, mother to three amazing babies, and living in a great town of Williamstown, NJ. I love Chocolate, a good slice of cheesecake, and am a firm believer that leopard print is the perfect neutral.I started in 2014 with my page! I did wreaths,wine glasses,wood and then started with t shirts that were vinyl.I started to get into an industrial machine that was much easier with custom shirts that lead me into endless opportunities! I started to get into Boutique clothes and I launched my website in 2020 with a passion to create a one of a kind shopping experience. I had a strong desire to create a site where women of all ages, shapes, sizes and budgets could find their dream outfit. Not just the perfect dress, but the shoes, earrings, and purse needed to make it the outfit of your dreams. I knew I wanted to create fashion that was obtainable to everyone, because I believe that a woman's outfit strongly impacts how they feel. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful, and that is what I sought to create. I am so thankful for what I get to do each and every day, and the team we have in place (my family) is what makes our company the success that it is today. IMPORTANT INFORMATION!! PLEASE READ!!

I am a custom design shop/boutique with made*to*order products. Most products will be complete within 5 business days I accept "rush" orders which may require a rush fee.

With COVID-19 in place orders are taking 14 days due to shipping inconveniences. Please be patient as it is not my fault. IT’s the mailing system.

Large custom orders require a deposit prior to production.(Due to instances in the past)

**Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable**

ALL customers will receive a design proof of the product for approval and an invoice, prior to start of production. Once approval is given and you have paid and looked/double checked over the invoice most changes cannot be made.

I send out many invoices through the week i MAY get some orders confused so If you realized I put the wrong size or color on the invoice after I CANNOT be held accountable.It is YOUR job to look over what you are paying for in advance. I cannot issue a refund.

Please note*** that it is YOUR responsibility to review the invoice/design proof for an mistakes/spelling/grammatical errors or missing items.

Picking up in Person- all unclaimed items will be forfeit after 14 days & non-refundable.(If i have not heard from you) If you’re not able to pick up the item within 14 days, please contact me and I will be more than happy to accommodate in a case-by-case basis.

Once item is picked up & inspected, or delivered, I’m not responsible for any damages that may occur. Customers receive a picture of final product as well as the ability to inspect upon pickup. For shipped items, you will be given tracking information to track your item(s). For any damages, please contact the shipping company to report damages - shipments will be covered with insurance. Please contact me immediately with pictures, as you *may* be able to receive a partial refund. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a report. I apologize in advance, but we do not replace lost/stolen items. Please triple check the shipping address you have provided. If the item is returned, you are responsible for the added shipping cost to the proper address.
