This mornings craft was great for sensory exploration — especially for autistic or sensory-seeking children — because it engages multiple senses and skills at once: Tactile feedback,fine motor skill building,the different objects bring in different sensory layers,regulation which is the biggest thing and focus 🧘🏽‍♀️

🍕The pizza still hanging from last week because I’m always behind🙃but the boys love seeing their artwork on the wall and it helps build confidence within themselves to see their artwork on display🥹

As a committed mother of two wonderful boys and a passionate childcare professional, I'm Shondra, 30, with a heart full of love. With 4+ years of experience in a childcare facility and over 15+ years of childcare experience, I'm driven to provide high-quality care.

Recently, my son's ASD diagnosis introduced me to the world of Montessori and sensory-based play. To enhance my expertise in childhood development, I took a break to focus on my family and pursue a background in Childhood Education.

I'm excited to reopen my home for Shondra's Kiddy Kare, where play-based development is my top priority. My goal is to provide a nurturing environment where children can freely and openly learn, grow, and reach their milestones without any hindrance.
