At the farmers market, I talk to so many people about their tea rituals.

And the biggest thing that still surprises me, is how most don’t cover their tea while it steeps.

That simple step makes a huge difference in the taste and potency of the cup.

Covering your tea not only keeps the heat in but most importantly preserves the delicate aromatic oils that carry both flavor and plant potency.

Just secured our spot at this upcoming Holidays on Central market! We will be vending at side of things, and last year this market was definitely our favorite!

So in honor of this second time around, I wanted to share some sweet moments from last year.

Oh how much we’ve grown!

We will be bringing back our Yule Brew, summer pot kits, fresh rosemary wreaths alongside tea tasting flights and some special tea ware.
