Reminders because it’s been awhile!

Your session time includes a few minutes to talk about what you’re needing worked on and a few minutes at the end to refresh, wake up a little bit and check out. If you are late to your appointment, that cuts into your bodywork time. If you can be here a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time, that is great!
My goal is for you to have at least 30, 60, etc. minutes of body work so I build in 10 extra minutes, 5 minutes to check in and 5 minutes to check out, so you get to maximize the amount of good your body and mind receive from the treatment. Check in and check out happens every session so any tardiness takes away from the time we have for bodywork.

I will not be seeing clients the 3rd-13th of July. You can still schedule an appointment throughout this time.
