You are entitled to exchange Your Order within 14 days for damaged or defective items that are received. The deadline for receiving an exchange on an Order is within 14 days from the date on which You received the product delivered per the tracking code. We will have a new item sent to you upon confirmation of damages or defects, which will require the item to be sent back to us, at Your expense. The new replacement item will not have a shipping cost to You. There will not be any refunds provided for any reason. Conditions for Exchanges
In order for the Goods to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:
• The Goods were received within the last 14 days
• The Goods are clearly damaged or defective coming from the manufacturer
The following Goods cannot be exchanged or refunded:

• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
