Here’s a post I hadn’t post in December 7th im trying to play catch up on my post you all.
This was an afternoon charter with Brad family n friends we got tons of small trout, but ended up with three nice size keepers trout, one was over slot .
So we ended up targeting black drum and redfish which we got tons of little black drum and little redfish but ended up with a nice 17.5 inch black drum perfect eater too. The whirring were biting but only one nice 12 inch whiting after that we jumped around a few more spots trying to get on some sheepshead. We ended up with one keeper 16 inch just didn’t have the the bait that the big ones wanted to eat today either way a great time on the water plus they said that’s enough fish for us to eat for the next two days of dinner. They had a great time on the water. It was right after our first cold snap too so the bite was a lil slower than normal.

I took my love for fishing on a scouting mission in the Yankeetown river last week. We landed 42 red fish, 18 snook, 9 trout, 12 sheepshead, and 10 black drum. Plus, we caught 7 big black drum between 36” to 39” inches and Jules hooked a monster over 39” inches. We brought home an 18” trout and some impressive redfish, including a 24.75” and a perfect 27” tournament fish that weighed upper 7 to lower 8 pound ranger either way What a day!

Well, I’ve been pretty busy at least to say, but I now have a few days to play catch up with my post, so here we go.!So ...

Well, I’ve been pretty busy at least to say, but I now have a few days to play catch up with my post, so here we go.!
So today, November 6 we had a negative 13 inch tie but the main focus was to go hunt snook down and we crushed it & within just 4hours.
We ended up landing 6 keeper snook today with the biggest one being 32.35” -which I took home.!
My buddy lance also landing a nice 31.25” as well.
All and all, it was great day on the water in Yankeetown, Fl.
I wanted to also thank for bring me on the team and support me on my journey & dream to be a great captain in this region, Thank you Mike & Andrew
also like to thank all my friends that have done nothing but show me love and help me out throughout the way too.
I’m truly thankful for everything you guys do for me too 🦾..!!

Saturday we had a blast this week.
I start off the day getting all the bait you need from captain cove outfitters after that we head out to 28 to 32 feet of water we catching over 35 hog fish & we were able to come home with 13 hogfish and most of them were 17” to 19” with a few that were 22” & some nice trigger fish, one nice mango snapper and some bigger grunts all in all a great day with some family and friends.
It was a pleasure to take one of my good friend “Andrew” family out for a nice fun day on the water can’t wait for the next time to get out there .!!!

I'm back after a busy few weeks, and I'm excited to share my latest fishing adventure. Started off by checking my pinfish traps and doing some maintenance, then headed out to catch some red fish. Landed a few undersized ones, but the real prize was a 32.5-inch beauty that put up quite a fight. Even better, it was a solo catch. After that, I went on the hunt for trout, but it was just a scouting trip but I found them though. Caught a glimpse of a storm brewing in the background, so I decided to get out of there before the rain hit. Always a thrill to ride out the choppy water doing 45 mph on the water in my boat. On November 7, 1984, David Deuel set the IGFA All-Tackle and Men’s 24-kg (50 lb) Line Class World Record with this massive red drum. Deuel was surf fishing from the beach in Avon, North Carolina, when the 42.69-kilogram (94-pound, 2-ounce) record fish struck the cut mullet he was using for bait. After a 45-minute fight that took him nearly a mile along the beach, the fish was weighed and measured (57” long with a 38” girth). Deuel's catch of a lifetime still stands more than 40 years later.

What a day with the lady! We absolutely smashed it, catching reds left and right for two hours straight. Caught around 18-20, but lost count with all the double and triple hookups. Took home two monsters, a 21” and 25” redfish, and dinner was incredible. Thanks to for the amazing bait - best in Citrus to Levy County, hands down. If you need bait, look no further!
