I put so much into my cooking. It is always a pleasure cooking for my family! When my mother in law got sick with cancer during pandemic and my grandma was forced and locked away. I wanted nothing more than to love and heal.

What we PUT into our temple is so important!!

I am going to continue on this journey and I’m going to keep sharing with you all too.

When we speak we have the power to heal or to damage…I am still healing and I am sorry if I have hurt anyone. I really am. I miss my grandma she used to say things when I was little that hurt me but In the end she said very little words. We did NOT invent English but I guarantee the people that did were not thinking of us healing! Tempers rise but we need to use our hearts to heal not our minds!
