🌎 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS DAY 🌍

Today is world mental health awareness day.

I’m sure by now, a majority of people know about the importance of taking care of your mental health.
But what a lot of people who struggle with their own don’t realise, is that we care. We all care.

Personally, I’d much rather listen to you and hear about your struggles, than listen to people say how much they miss you, how much they wish they would have done more / better.

For anyone out there that is struggling, please know you are not alone, you are loved, you are cared for and you absolutely DO matter. Not matter how much your brain tries to tel you otherwise.

There are loads of amazing charities and organisation out there that can help you.

So after the long sleeve going out in the weekend, I’ve been asked by a few people for for a tshirt version.

All I ever wanted to do with this, was raise awareness of mental health, to get people talking about what courage meant. How it meant that waking up every day, struggling to find a reason to get going, a reason to even get out of bed and face the day ahead, when all you really want to do is hide, and that takes immense courage.

Together we’ve raised thousands for charities that need the financial help, and I’m proud of that. There are plenty of other brands out there that do this and I wish I could support them all.

We still have a long way to go, in talking and erasing the stigma around mental health.

There are still, on average, 130 deaths a day, related to mental health. That’s far too many. 1 is too many.

Let’s all start being kind to each other, kindness is free.

Hello!

I’ve decided that at the end of February, I’m going to close the online store. For good.

I’ve tried to relaunch this a couple of times, but with price increases of everything, including the costs from the fulfilment company. It’s just not going to be viable without greatly increasing my prices, which I don’t want to do.

When I first started this, I had so many big plans and ideas on how to move this forward, but trying to do this along side a full time job, as well as Facebook killing small/independent business without paying a ridiculous cost for advertising, it isn’t working.

I did this to raise awareness of mental health, the importance of being kind and helping others, and to help raise funds for important mental health charities.

I take great pride in knowing that since starting this we’ve raised over £2000 for charities. So thank you.

Thank you, to anyone that supported this. I’m sure with the right resources and time, it could have been great.
