TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Customers are responsible for any delivery failure due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or recipient rejected the delivered goods. If this that the case, customers need to pay the shipping fee for the second delivery.But if the delivery failure is by our own mistake, then you'll have free shipping charge :D
2. Customers can return the goods ONLY if they are damaged – please confirm to us by SMS or email within 2 x 24 hours. The goods must be returned new & unused. Returns that are worn and dirty will not be accepted.
