Starting a healthier lifestyle can feel overwhelming.

For a long time I also thought eating less was the answer — I was often hungry, tired, and constantly craving snacks.
What changed everything for me was realising a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to feel like a diet.

I now eat 5 times a day, enjoy balanced meals and snacks, have better control over cravings, more energy, and I’ve been able to lose the weight from both my pregnancies in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

No starving or restriction — just a lifestyle I can actually maintain 🤍
