We would like to invite anyone who wishes to volunteer in the 2019 WYC Rec Soccer program to join us for an informational meeting.

TO ADDRESS CONCERNS ABOUT MAILINGS THAT HAVE NOT YET BEEN RECIEVE:
Everything was INDEED ready for closing day, unfortunately weather did not cooperate.
In the past, giving the participation prizes to coaches has not been effective so they were mailed.
As you can see not everyone is complaining, bc quite a few were actually recieved. Some were returned, and again I dont check the po.box regularly and unfortunately didnt know. It took some time to sort thru them. Then it was thanksgiving and an extremely busy holiday season.
The rest of the envelops are addressed and ready to go. Hopefully everyone will recieve their mailings who have not at this point by the end of the week or sooner.
My apologies are extended to all who havent received them yet.

Also.... if you are one of the 5 coaches who have yet to return your equipment bag please do so as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we can not control the weather. Today, and tomorrow both look rainy and miserable. Hopefully you can all find a fun indoor fall/halloween event today.

I have made a decision to send all of our players their end of year prize and a voucher for a free slice of pizza and drink. Redeemable at the time of your choice. I know its not ideal, but hopefully everyone understands. Please expect it to arrive late next week.

CLOSING DAY IS SATURDAT OCT 27TH

TIME- 11AM UNTIL 1PM

AT THE MIDDLETOWN SOCCER FIELDS

THIS WILL INCLUDE PIZZA AND DESSERTS. WE WILL NOT HAVE ANY SCHEDULED GAMES, BUT ENCOURAGE FREE PLAY WITH PARENTS AND COACHES PARTICIPATING.

WEATHER LOOKS GOOD, SO BOUNCE HOUSE WILL LIKELY BE THERE.

Due to Waterford Halfmoon School having a Colorathon function on Saturday morning many of our players will not be able to come on Saturday. This is limiting some teams to have as low as 2 players. There are also many coaches unable to attend because they are participating or volunteering at the school.

So, on Saturday 10/13 we will have ALL team players who are able to play report at 9am for 1 combined game.

There will be ONE game at each age level.

Again...10/13 if your planning to attend rec soccer please come at 9am
