After this she went into her room and put her Zyia leggings on herself and started “recording” her own video with her "sponge phone". She explained to me that sometimes I can be in her videos, but this one was just her 🤣

Wearing a size 4-5 and she's 4 years old and 32 lbs. You can see it's still a bit big on her, but she doesn't mind at all.

My girl and her yoga adventures are just so beautiful! I can't wait to try aerial yoga too. Super cool 🙌. This fantastic young lady also took the first shift to help me setup a Zyia table in my hometown yesterday while I was 5 hours away at another event 😍🙌.

I ❤️ that I can run this gig pretty much however I want to. Events are totally optional, but I really enjoy the houpla sometimes! We met great people and sold super fun leggings. Funny story.. My 3.5 year old daughter Sophia came with Daddy for the last few hours Saturday and had so much fun passing out cards and running around. She totally passed out in the car on the way home at 6:30 PM (2.5 hrs before usual). We went with it and carried her up to bed. At 4:45 AM Sunday morning she came in our room and whispered, "mommy I'm awake" 😭🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. 🤣😂🤣 .

Always such a pleasure to spend time with our dear friend Ashley 😍. Although the restaurant we planned on was closed 😭, we enjoyed ourselves eating by the water. 😉 Notice my daughter in her Zyia leggings. She's so proud to be a part of the fun. Haha she even told a new friend at the park the other day that "mommy and me wear Zyia 🌙 leggings 🤣😂🤣" I just ordered her a XS in the new White Stay Golds for girls. 🤞 they fit.

So glad to get a head start on my CrossFit journey. After almost a week of only stretching (I need to get better about creating my own fitness when there's not a group workout available 🤦‍♀️), I really needed this 😍.

Thanks to my sister Rebecca and brother-in-law for leading the family in 🕎 8 crazy nights workout today! So proud of my nephew for participating. He was so full of spirit and kept going all the way through 💪.

Starting a month (well, hopefully longer if it goes well) of CrossFit on Jan 6 when I get back home.

We had so much fun at the park Sunday morning after the Run Run Rudolph 5/10K event I setup at 🎉🏃‍♀️🌙💕. We met such nice people and had a great time exploring the park together afterwards! I cannot tell you how much it warms my heart that my little girl loves being a part of my Zyia world. She was super excited to get her plum knit Zyia leggings in and she's thrilled they have pockets 🤣! She totally tried to run the show with our stretch lol.
