📌 मनेका गांधी बनाम भारत संघ (1978)
👉 सरकार ने बिना कारण पासपोर्ट जब्त कर लिया।
👉 सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा – “प्रक्रिया उचित, न्यायपूर्ण और तर्कसंगत होनी चाहिए।”
👉 इस केस ने जोड़ा Golden Triangle (अनुच्छेद 14, 19, 21)।
👉 जीवन का अधिकार = केवल जीना नहीं, बल्कि गरिमा और स्वतंत्रता के साथ जीना।

✅ If your train is delayed by 3+ hours → You can claim a full refund.
✅ If you have a confirmed ticket but no seat/berth → You’re entitled to a full refund.
✅ If the train is cancelled → Full refund of the ticket amount.
✅ You have the right to clean drinking water, toilets & food (in express/mail trains).
✅ If injured in a railway accident → You can claim compensation from Indian Railways.
