4 years ago today our little man officially became Sloan James Poston. What a beautiful day this was and I still get so emotional just thinking about it. That day was perfect. So much love, so much support.

I struggled with this for years because I couldn't understand why people did not want to be happy and I got sucked into their unhappiness. Sometimes you just have to walk away, it's very powerful and sometimes being happy can even be contagious. Always be happy, there is always someone out there who is fighting something worse than you!

I have a few friends that are going through their cancer journey and receiving chemotherapy. One of the drugs I received every three weeks for a year was what they called the “red devil”, but instead of me thinking of that, I used to visualize a million red soldiers going into my body and killing any cancer that might still be hiding. 💉 Just like any war it might destroy beautiful things, but then after the destruction, you rebuild!

Last night Zayne and his ZONA team finished out their season playing on the “big” field and under the lights. Let me tell you these kids did not disappoint. Both ZONA teams playing each other and first time doing kids pitch. Great group of athletes and coaches.
Looking forward to next season as these amazing coaches take the kids to the next level of play.
Zayne I am so proud of you and love watching you play so hard and your love of baseball. ⚾️❤️🖤
