The Posh Life Carlsbad The Mighty Fashionista The Story Of The Mighty Fashionista

I was born into a family of 8, raised by my parents Richard and Regina in Brentwood, California.

I began fashionably styling my siblings Carole, Cathie, Cynthia, Roger, and Rick at the age of 6. Yes, I even styled my brothers. At the age of 8 The Mighty Fashionista was inspired to take sewing classes, though I wasn’t old enough, my mother made sure I got in. I was very well known growing up by by friends and family for being the best personal stylist in town. I went on to get a degree in Fash

ion Design at FIDM in Los Angeles. I had fallen in love with the world of Fashion and began realizing the talent I had, and couldn’t wait to really put it to work. I was blessed to have Sunland Sports of Beverly Hills recognize my talent and gave me the chance to be a high end Ski Wear Buyer at the age of 20. During my career with Sunland, blending my hard work and talent, I had the opportunity to make customized wetsuits for people including Henry Ford, Kevin Bacon, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Katherine Hepburn, and many professional athletes. Moving forward, my interest was sparked into customizing formal gowns for women of class and sass. Bridal babes were not my fave, but I was the best at designing and conquering their needs. Though I loved Los Angeles, it was time for a lifestyle change, and moved to San Diego. I went on to be a Ski Wear Buyer and Sales manager at Hansen Surfboards developing and training a very successful sales force. Chick Sporting Goods brought me on for my talent and experience as well. I was one of the top Sales Managers in the corporation of 8 stores. While I enjoyed being a rockstar at Hansens, I met my wonderful husband Wayne. We started our family, and have two sons John and Cameron. Currently, we reside in the idyllic Carlsbad, California. I call Carlsbad my home, because I love the perfect weather and the community of people. While being a mother of 2, I struggled with finding time to shop with friends. I wanted to find high quality designer clothes without a hassle. A friend invited me to her home for a cabi show. I was excited to be in a social setting of women, with the same high quality designer fashion needs, enjoying a stress free and fun way of shopping. I instantly fell in love with the experience of connecting with women. Since that very moment, I became a cabi addict. As of 2017, I took the plunge in becoming a cabi stylist (best decision ever!) I’m confident in fulfilling my purpose of making a difference in women’s lives by transforming them to their best selves. I’m excited to be a part of a company that gives back to women in need, and empowers entrepreneurial women. The flexibility gives me the ability to structure my desired lifestyle. I am proud to be a part of a company that is effectively impacting the lives of woman in living rooms across the U.S. and all over the world!
