A stroll down memory lane… Ever since we could walk, we had to avoid gripping rods and scaffoldings, the sharp tufting guns & barrels of glue big enough for us to fit inside. Yes — we grew up in a carpet factory, multiple in fact. Over our foundational years we were surrounded by creativity that showed no limits. Our father, and rug tufting extraordinaire Roger Gailey has been tufting rugs for over 37 years and we truly owe it all to him. Inspired by the original Sculptured Rugs has now evolved into a branch off company that encapsulates everything we have grown up to know. Our Merienda rugs are made with a special sauce, our recipe has been tried and tested for decades. Now, with a new generation of ideas, a complete and wholesome family collaboration, we’re proudly producing tufted-rugs that last up to 20+ years. We are enterally grateful for the drive, passion and dedication our parents have always had toward their craft. We know that tufted rugs aren’t going to be trending forever, but seeing the love and appreciation given to this craft has only added more fuel to our fire. When acquire a rug from us, you’re not only purchasing a physical product, you’re buying into a dream that has been dreamt of from generation to generation. As we start to share our past, we hope to inspire a future of unique storytelling within the textile community. All of our love, Carla & Josie Gailey ❤️

One of our most FAQ is “Do you do customs?” Yes, we do❣️We’re going to slowly sharing some of our ‘Free Range’ collection where we give you, the customer, free rain to bring any creative idea to life. Granted it’s not a replication of an already existing design 🌶👀 You can bring your own design to the table or our creative director & in house designer will be happy to whip something up if the creative juices aren’t flowing.
