WORKOUT:
Warm up for 5-10 mins on the stair climber/master.
1️⃣Cable Kickbacks
4 sets of 10
(Core tight, no curving of lower back)
2️⃣Walking Lunges
3 sets of 16 steps (8 each leg)
(You can use dumbbells or a barbell here, or do normal lunges if you lack the space)
3️⃣ Glute focused Hyperextensions
4 sets of 12
(Keep your back rounded and stop when straight to prevent your lower back muscles from taking over)
4️⃣Leg Press
4 sets of 12
(Neutral foot placement to work the entire leg)
5️⃣Dumbbell Sumo Squats
3 sets of 10
(Grab a heavy Dumbbell and get going!)
6️⃣Standing Hamstring Curls
4 sets of 12
(I used the leg extension machine here and held the back rest for support- you can also do Lying or cable curls)
7️⃣Seated Calve Raises
4 sets of 12
(Focus on good form here, nice and slow, don’t bounce the weight)
