📋 Little by Mel Pre-Loved – Page Rules & Terms
Welcome to Little by Mel Pre-Loved! To ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone, please read the following rules before listing or purchasing items.
For Sellers:
✅ Items must be clean, complete, and in good working condition.
✅ Sellers must provide clear, accurate descriptions and photos of items.
✅ Any faults, damage, stains, missing parts, or defects must be disclosed upfront.
✅ Prices must be agreed upon before the item is listed.
✅ Once an item is sold, we are responsible for arranging delivery, collection, or shipping with the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
✅ Sellers may not sell items privately to buyers introduced through this page in order to avoid agreed commissions.
For Buyers:
✅ Please inspect photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
✅ Ask any questions before committing to buy.
✅ Collection, delivery, and shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
✅ Items are sold as described by the seller. Little by Mel Pre-Loved is not responsible for manufacturer defects or issues not disclosed by the seller.
General Rules:
❌ No counterfeit, recalled, unsafe, or illegal items.
❌ No abusive, offensive, or disrespectful behaviour.
❌ No spamming or self-promotion without permission.
❌ No holding items without prior agreement.
❌ No bidding wars unless specifically stated.
Payments & Commission:
💰 A commission fee may apply to items sold through Little by Mel Pre-Loved.
💰 Payment arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon before listing.
💰 Ownership of donated items transfers to Little by Mel Pre-Loved, and donated items may be resold.
