A bunch of emails have gone unanswered as our system is currently down, so for the time being please send any mails to [email protected], just until we get our servers back online.

Right, a slither of light at the end of the tunnel.

After a repack of the workshop this past weekend a bunch of previously undiscovered wallets randomly appeared, these had been set aside for a wholesale order a while ago and were then lost to civilization.

There are not hundreds, but enough to at least quench the thirst of the majority of the messages and emails we've been receiving, they're not going to last long though, and I won't be opening the website for this batch, so if you're keen please send a mail to [email protected] and we'll see if we can help!

Beauty can be found just about anywhere you care to look, sugar, the trick of course is looking...

Wallets are finally back in production, we had some serious hang-ups with the leather, with orders moving between JHB and CPT more times than were necessary, and more to come.

We will have wallets back in stock by the end of the month.

Due to no fault of our own, and because of *insert excuse of your choosing here* we are currently out of stock on both the gunmetal and matte black wallets...

Frames are ready, and leather is set to be cut next week, so we'll have wallets built and ready to head out again before the end of the month, but for right now no more orders will be taken.

If it makes you feel any better, we blame the ANC for this.

We'll let the masses know once we're ready to roll again, thanks for understanding and have a fantastic weekend you hooligans.

Right-O! Story time...

A couple of weeks back a very good friend of mine was making plans for her anniversary, wanting to surprise her husband with something nice she came across a post on the gram of a company that makes axes, and with him being a bearded MBK-wallet-carrying ruffian, she could think of no better gift.

She contacted Karoo Hart and started chatting to Riaan about his handmade axes, and after a bit of to and fro, unfortunately came to the realization that with what recent events had done to her finances (f**k you very much, Covid) a handmade axe was not in her budget.

The end, right? Wrong.

Riaan came through. Not by giving her a discounted price, but by sending her an axe, free of charge. Not only that, he included a 'Happy Anniversary' note with it. It's the little things... Anyway, once we at MBK heard of this, we sent the man a wallet, because that's what we do, we support Violent Gentlemen, and if a dude with a heart like that, that makes viking axes for a living is not the absolute definition of a Violent Gentleman, then I don't know what is.

Why am I telling you this? Because he only received his wallet today, and what's the first thing he's done with it? He's taken photos for his social media to endorse our product.

What a guy!
