unannounced load testing, claw-based tensile checks, and a daily audit of exactly how many times a flat sheet can be dragged sideways before it complains.

No guest has ever checked out raving about a fibre content label. That's rather the point.

Good linen is quiet about it: natural fibre lets body heat escape instead of building up, pulls moisture away from the skin rather than holding it there, and softens with every wash instead of turning stiff.

Nobody notices any of it! They just sleep through the night and mean it when they say the bed was lovely.
Bad linen is the one they remember and mention in the review.

“What is it actually made of?” is the only question worth asking about linen and the one a photo can't answer.

We cut, sew and pack ours in Mount Edgecombe, KZN, so you can ask us directly: the fibre, how it behaves through high-heat washing and ironing, and how long it should realistically last in your rooms before you're replacing stock.

Not all white linen is good linen. Here's why.
