On the 12th of June, our team headed out to Virginia Bush Nature Reserve in Durban North to do something that mattered.
As part of the Kinship Programme, we spent two hours helping clear one of the area’s natural trails, removing invasive alien plants and non-native growth that can impact the reserve’s ecosystem. Armed with sandbags, pangas, and rakes, the team got stuck into the kind of work that helps protect local biodiversity and keep our natural spaces healthy.
Hard work, but work worth doing.
Proud of the team that showed up, gave their time, and played a small part in giving back to the community and the environment.
