We all know that an itch on the scalp is an enemy of the state, so here's an easy way to stop it;

1. Squeeze half a lemon into a cup, mix with one cup of warm water and pour it on a spray bottle.

2. Spray it on hair, massage with your hands for 5-10 minutes.

3. Wash hair with sulphatte and paraben free shampoo using warm water.

4. Rinse hair and scalp with cold water.
