This week’s shoutout goes to O.C. Brewery (Optimum Craft). These guys are the definition of authentic. They started with a home kit, caught the brewing bug, and ended up converting their dining room into a brewery before going pro and man do they make a good one.

If you’re looking for a great solid local brew you cannot go wrong when you choose OC Brewery.

This week, we’re raising a glass to the crew at Agar's Brewery . While they officially opened their current doors in 2014, the Agar family brewing tradition actually dates back to 1852.

That kind of staying power only comes from one thing: a genuine obsession with the craft. Whether it’s their Jozi Blonde or the heavy-hitting Tomahawk IPA, these guys prove that some things really do get better with time.
