We acknowledge the fact that you are angry, frustrated, and that some are thinking they got scammed due to some negative comments and complaints we received on Facebook. We are aware of the waiting period and the lack of communication on our side, and you have every right to be upset.
We’re aware and trying to fix and manage everything as we speak. We were not ready nor prepared for the number of people suffering from neck and back pain, or for the amount of responsibility that came with it.
We currently don’t have stock for orders placed between the 5th–11th of June, which is why our site says “pre-orders only.” We were forced to ask the manufacturer to send out orders on our behalf until we have stock another reason why it’s taking so long.
But
Inventory is estimated to arrive to us by next Friday Saturday. By then, delivery time will be estimated at a maximum of 4 days.
We would love the chance to deliver to everyone, because it really does help judging from the comments. For those who want to purchase on Temu instead, you’re welcome to do so if you believe we are the same.
We assure you that every order will be received, but it will require patience and that decision is now up to you.
