Mr AzaniaWear spent most of his time looking for employment while he knew very well that he wanted to open a print shop and push his own clothing line called Le Deep Personality.

But also, the 5 years of 9-5 also was a solid foundation, where one learned the broadness of the printing industry, the challenges, customer relations...

And one thing that we must learn while on the ground is that, when you start a business, you are more likely to get excited customers, those that support you especially for being a black hustler but keeping the sheep afloat takes consistency. Our people's attention shifts very fast, so you have to plant some love seeds in them. I have come to notice the difference between a person who loves your work and a person who supports you.

So when it slows down, do not lose hope, push harder.

There's just a lot with black businesses, only few makes it past 5 consecutive years, no break, just up and down. Only few pushes through the building phase.

The money you make during your 1st and 2nd year, is just a motivation to push, it just shows you that you have potential so never ever think you have made it, don't let the excitement get to you.

We begged for a 9-5 because we did not know our potential, We left our 9-5 because we realized our potential, the real job begins when you start serving your own clients. There, you get to experience a real stretch, but our passion massage our muscles.
