Good morning auntie Miya please please help me post on your page , I'm asking for advice so I hired this lady as my maid in April as a living in, so the arrangements was I will be paying her k1000 for the first three months then I will later increase to k1400(I buy lotion for her,pad,roll on,spray everything she needs monthly even for her hair I pay and her job has been to clean the house , cook for herself and my three years old boy that's because me and hubby are always at work in the day and in the evening I cook myself for everyone, look after the baby and wash her clothes and that of the child and on my part I wash for myself and my husband even our bedroom is my own responsibility and to add up Saturday and Sunday she is off. Now the issue that has brought me here is that this my maid has been taking me kindness for granted,mwebantu this maid has the habit of not answering my calls imagine calling her from 17 paka 20 the time I reached home and she never answered my call, then the house now leaves without doormat nor carpets because for months now she has packed the doormats under her bed because they are dirty imagine, and I have noticed she has no respect for us me and hubby we can return from work and find the house messy she will not even panic to clean instead she will just go in the bedroom I gave her and sleep then Nishi ni mailo chapwa then the other thing the 1kg of soya porridge my child used to eat in 5 days now take weeks to finish meaning she is not feeding the child, so yesterday I called the person who brought her to talk to her nanga for the maid to give me attitude imwe , she washes the doormats and hanged them pa sand I told her about it the whole day she was just out with her friend then she later washed the doormats again at night so ine I have decided from last night to bring another maid to work though I'm feeling petty because where this girl came from she was suffering but I treated her well and now she is disrespecting me , what would you do if you were in my case
